Article 6. Endowment Fund (Endowment fund) charitable program The Law on Endowment Funds and Endowment Funds (Endowments)

     1. Charitable programs of the endowment fund (endowment capital), financed from investment income, include objects of charity in the field of education, science and innovation, mass sports, medicines, medical services and social protection of the population.

     2. The Endowment fund (endowment capital) charitable program is developed and approved for each endowment fund (endowment capital).

     3. The endowment fund's (endowment fund's) charitable program includes charitable objects, goals, objectives, implementation period, and estimates of estimated income and expenses.

     4. The endowment fund's charitable program (endowment capital) is developed, approved and implemented by the endowment fund in the interests of the beneficiary.

     5. The beneficiary uses the funds received from the endowment fund (endowment capital) in accordance with the approved charitable program of the endowment fund (endowment capital).

     6. The beneficiary submits to the Board of Trustees a report on the use of funds in accordance with the procedure and time limits established by the Board of Trustees.

     The Board of Trustees has the right to request additional information, verify the intended use of the endowment fund (endowment capital) and make decisions on suspension or termination of financing in case of violations. 

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 30, 2025 No. 199-VIII SAM. 

This Law regulates public relations that arise during the creation, management and liquidation of endowment funds, the formation, replenishment, and dissolution of endowment funds (endowment funds) and the use of their investment income, and the trust management of assets of endowment funds (endowment funds).
